How It Works
- Games are 1:1. Each game is always a head-to-head match.
- We play in rounds. A round is a “wave” where games start together.
- Pairings are dynamic. Pairings for the next round are based on results from previous games.
- No fixed number of rounds. Rounds continue as long as people are still playing in the session.
- Odd number of players: someone can choose to play two separate games against two different opponents that round/session.
(If you want, we can formalize the “two games” case in the schema/UI so it’s tracked cleanly.)
